You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your first payment
- This is your first subscription to Cookient
Note: The 14-day guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for refunds under this policy, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Lifetime Plan Refunds
Lifetime plan purchases are also covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a lifetime plan and request a refund within 14 days, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation of your refund
- Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- Your account will be downgraded to free status
